Our Story

Wet Coast Daily began in the small west coast community of Gibsons, BC. It started out as a wintertime joke. Winter is the rainy season on the west coast, and it is extremely wet for months.
But just as the seriously beautiful weather comes back during the long, warm summers, the WetCoastDaily became serious about sharing quality fresh news from around the world.
Recently, the platform we used for years suddenly and with very little warning just shut down.
This new look is a work in progress.
And now, the headquarters for the Wet Coast Daily are on a different “coast,” on the shores of Dease Lake, just off BC’s remote Highway 37.
